The company’s origins trace back to an Air Force veteran who brought his hands-on expertise from working at a military arsenal into the construction field. The founder’s son later took over a home inspection branch that had been established, maintaining continuity and expanding the family's expertise. During summer breaks, the founder’s grandsons joined in, reinforcing a tradition of family involvement. As the founder grew older, one of his grandsons stepped up, combining his real estate knowledge and years of hands-on learning to lead the company forward with a trusted team regarded as family.
